Was that a "hard" or a day pass? Did you lob softball questions to the handsome boys manning the tables? Were Scott McClellan and Karl Rove winking at you from their strategically parked Humvee outside the Halliburton tent? Did Ann Coulter sneak up behind you and affectionately grab your substantial manliness in her claw?
As a faux journalist, you need to be prepared for those bloggers digging up all those unsavory things in your past that you now regret.
You do regret a few of them at least, don't you?
Steeverford, I only regret the the unsavory things I don't remember. Otherwise "unsavory" is rather tasty to a person like me; it is my life's blood, so to speak. Actually, it wasn't Karl Rove who "managed" my media actions, but Jeff Gannon.
