The sweetest couple from South Africa, Esmeralda and Ben Soloman parents of owner Doug Soloman. Every day they bring a plolite freshness to The Palace, helping out in every respect. I think they really want to return to their estate in Capetown and don't actually feel they fit in with the madness of South Beach, but they put a great face on it all.
