It was magical, and the town has not stopped talking about "The Tiara Party". The best part was when, today, over cocktails with The Countess, I asked du Barry, "Just, HOW, will you top THAT", and he gave me that Rhode Island signal that his mind was already doing that; we didn't need to go into details.
