Terry, Jeremy, and to the delight of Tosca, Leopoldo, enjoy an afternoon in the tropics just before The Winter Music Conference takes over the town and turns out the crazy side of Miami Beach (again). Tens of thousands of music industry masters will cater to hundreds of thousands of girating music followers; in many ways it signals the end of Season here, although April and May have much, still, to offer.
