Carlos always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make a day special. 7-7-7 was no exception; he hosted a remarkable afternoon of drag shows, drink specials, and good time. There are very few like him.

But, the night belonged to Halo. It's grand opening was, indeed, grand. It was packed with every gay person in town, male or female; and it was a very well-heeled crowd. A branch of the same bar that is extremely popular in Washington, DC, it fought through the usual battles City Hall initiates and succeeded in making a usually jaded crowd say, "Wow". Good for them; they will be a welcomed addition to the family. In fact, since Ray had been put off the schedule today and, hence, his following won't be at The Palace today, I sent this message to The Court: "A Council of the Grand Order of the Established Nobility will be held today at Halo at 4 PM".
