Well, we find ourselves in the final twenty four hours of birthday preparation. There is so much food to be prepared, still. It will, however, be a success.

I'd like to say it is now in God's hands, but unfortunately it is in those of my own and those of my fellow chef, Raul Rodriguez. God can take a rest tomorrow. There will be no rest for any of the rest of us as this event plans to go on though Saturday night and into Sunday afternoon and evening.
