For a city so small, Miami Beach has way more than its share of freaks. the last time I saw this one (and Ditmar knows his name) he was wearing a black, chiffon spaghetti-strapped mini dress and was dancing up a storm. Yesterday I heard a gasp come from the room and--as is my habit--RAN to see what was going on and there he was dancing on the sidewalk in a getup that I could only refer to as Bat Bum. He's not really a bum, because he's not homeless; he's just crazy and enjoying it. I was impressed by the color combination.

Officer Brian showed up unexpected--as is his habit. The whole gang came out tonight and trooped the colors, but by Palace standards it was rather tame. At one point, I asked the regulars, "Does anyone here like porn?" Well, I might as well have asked The Sudan, "Does anyone here want some food?" There is a porn convention in town, Exxxotica, and it didn't take much to convince everyone for an outing. These can be iffy events if not organized properly, but it's worth the chance.
